Reviews and Ratings
I had a comfortable stay at the hotel with clean and bright rooms, spacious enough for me and my pet to move around easily. The ongoing construction for adding more rooms was a slight downside, though.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious, not crowded, and very comfortable, but they had a slight odor issue resembling wet dog. The fitness facilities were well-equipped with a treadmill, bicycle, and weights. The service was mixed with one staff member needing to pay more attention to cleaning, yet they gave a great dinner suggestion, which changed my perception positively. The location, although not highly urbanized, offered easy access to Lookout Mountain and downtown areas, right off the highway. The dining experience was surprisingly enjoyable, offering a variety of delicious options, including fresh eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurts, and cereals. Unfortunately, I noticed the presence of feathers, which was a challenge for my allergies. Additional Details: Spacious rooms, great location near various attractions, delicious breakfast variety, and limited cleaning attention by staff.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious enough for our group of 4 adults and two small dogs, but the doors had to be tilted backwards to open. The service was slow and inefficient, requiring our information to be written down on paper, including credit card details, due to computer issues. On the bright side, the location was convenient for our trip to Lookout Mountain activities and downtown Chattanooga, although the view of the old parking lot and run-down strip mall was less than desirable. The dining options were limited, closing early at 9 PM, but the variety was decent. Overall, the stay was average with some ups and downs.
